Crestcom’s flagship Bullet Proof® Manager program is designed to enhance the skills of executives, managers and supervisors. Participants attend a monthly session for twelve consecutive months.  Each session lasts approximately four hours and concentrates on two management or leadership skills.

The training begins with a thirty-minute video presentation featuring a leading authority on the first of the two skills.  The video is followed by 90 minutes of practical exercises which reinforce the skill and demonstrate how the skill can be applied in the workplace.  This is followed by a second half-hour video presentation featuring the second skill and another 90 minutes of practical application and exercises. Most Franchisees facilitate the sessions themselves. Some use a facilitator.

The monthly sessions involve “situational exercises” … case studies … and group and individual activities designed to ensure not only the participants’ grasp of the material … but their ability to apply the concepts they have learned, when they return to their company.

Participants have an opportunity to exchange ideas with managers from other organizations … who come from different backgrounds … who have different experiences.  What they all have in common is that they manage, supervise and lead people.
